SUBSTRAL® LIMEX® ULTRA Slug Pellets

SUBSTRAL® Slug Pellet LIMEX® ULTRA is a highly effective, ready-to-use bait that protects fruits, vegetables, and ornamental plants from harmful slugs. It is characterized by no waiting period between application and harvest, as well as a very long range and resistance to rain (weather dependent). The bitter substance and blue color of the pellets prevent accidental ingestion by children or pets.

SUBSTRAL® LIMEX® ULTRA slug pellets protect hedgehogs, birds, bees and other beneficial insects.

The product contains the active mineral ingredient iron(III) phosphate, which complies with the requirements of the EU Organic Regulation as amended for organic production. Soil organisms convert it into iron and phosphate, thus enriching the soil with these plant nutrients. SUBSTRAL® LIMEX® ULTRA slug pellets work by triggering feeding activity; after ingesting the bait, snails retreat to hiding places in the soil, where they die and decompose.
