SUBSTRAL® Naturen® Long-Acting Rose & Flowering Shrub Fertilizer is an organo-mineral fertilizer with zeolite, designed for roses and flowering shrubs grown in the ground or in pots.

Instructions for use

At planting - from February to May and September to November:
- Do not apply during frost, extreme heat, or on dry soil
- Roses in the ground: 50 g per plant, approximately 2 closed handfuls, or 100 g/m²
- Roses in pots or containers: 25 to 50 g depending on the size of the container
- Dig the hole, mix the fertilizer with the excavated soil, place the plant, fill, pack down, and water

Maintenance - from February to August:
- Apply the same amounts throughout the root zone
- Lightly loosen the soil to incorporate the granules, then water
- Repeat if necessary after six weeks
- For optimal nutrition, the manufacturer recommends three applications spaced six weeks apart
- A closed handful corresponds to approximately 25 g
