At Mortengo, payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure and by the providers enabled on the store.

The store and the checkout process use an encrypted HTTPS connection. Before entering your information, verify that the address displayed in your browser begins with https://www.mortengo.com.

Payment security standard

The payment infrastructure used by Mortengo meets the requirements of the PCI DSS Level 1 standard, designed to protect payment data processed during online purchases.

Available payment methods

The payment methods actually accepted are displayed during the checkout process. They may vary depending on the country, currency, device, and services enabled. The payment logos visible in the footer correspond to the payment methods available on the store.

Protection of your information

Payment data is processed by specialized providers according to their security protocols. Mortengo will never ask you by email for your password, your bank validation code, or your full card number.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed after payment validation. A summary email is then sent to the address provided during the order. In case of doubt or a double payment attempt, contact us before repeating the operation.

Automatic VAT invoice

For every validated order, a detailed VAT invoice is automatically sent by email. Check the address entered during the order as well as your junk mail folder.
